What you're looking at

Each client's billed update hours, per year, split into two streams. Numbers are hours; blank = 0. A Harvest entry is counted once, attributed to its ClickUp/GitHub ticket.

Events — one-time version upgrades + their fallout (price per event)

Mg: Magento major upgrade. Moving the shop to a newer Magento version, plus the bugfixes that upgrade causes. e.g. Update Magento to version 2.4.7-p1 + ALL Modules · Update to Magento 2.4.8-p2 · fallout: missing widgets after Magento 2.4.8 update
PHP: PHP major upgrade. Moving the shop to a newer PHP version and fixing PHP-version incompatibilities. e.g. PHP 8.3 update · Update Magento project to PHP 8.4 · fallout: fix iconv_strpos() null deprecation (PHP 8.4)
Hyvä: Hyvä version cycle. Upgrading an already-installed Hyvä theme / checkout to a newer release (not the first-time Hyvä build — that's excluded). e.g. Update Hyva theme to 1.3.10 · Update magento2-hyva-checkout to 1.6.0 · Bug Fix | Hyva checkout 1.1.29
Event Σ: Sum of Mg + PHP + Hyvä for that year.

Maintenance — continuous upkeep (price as a retainer)

3rd-p: 3rd-party / composer module updates. Version-bumping installed modules and dependencies as routine upkeep or to fix a vulnerability. e.g. Update Mollie to latest version · Update PostNL module · Update Tweakwise module · composer update symfony/http-kernel (CVE-2026-45075)
Mg patch: Magento security patches / CVE. Applying patch releases between major upgrades — security maintenance, not a version jump. e.g. Magento 2.4.7-p5 security patch · Apply latest Magento security patch · CVE-2025-54236 emergency patch
Maint Σ: Sum of 3rd-p + Mg patch for that year.

Not in these numbers: first-time module installs / initial Hyvä migration (counted as one-time implementation, excluded), and Sentry error-fixing / bugfixes on the monitoring boards (not platform/dependency updates). Window: only Harvest entries dated 2026-03-01 through 2026-07-01 are counted. Billable denominators are recomputed over this same window. CSP excluded: Hyvä entries for Content-Security-Policy compatibility (the 2025 CSP wave, 0.0 h in this window) are not counted as update hours; they do remain in the billable denominator. Maintenance is a floor — terse dependency/CVE notes outside the search net (~60h) aren't yet included.
